Hats off for the Disclaimer part! 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻 Yes, The whole USD conversion is much easier with Dominar 400 setup! (i.e The D400’s forks, triple trees, caliper, axle, and SFK cone kit and bearings) requires far lesser fabrications and compromises plus better performance cause the D400’s and C650’s weight and handling characters are in such close proximity.

Kudos to you bro for actually getting through all those tiny modifications just to get those front forks. I too myself was going to do the same thing in February, almost bought the whole front setup of apache 310r forks, T, and handle bars. Total price was around 45k for all three things. But then Corona hit and I ran out of money to do anything. Really glad to see at least someone did it. And why didn't you go with apache 310 handle bars? , they were perfect.

Hats off to your effort. I’am going to do usd conversion with Dominar 400 parts. I just need to figure out a way to keep ABS working. The parts alone it will cost around 40k including upper lower T, T stem, USD forks, axles, alloys, discs with caliper, abs sensor etc.

He is definitely a great influencer and without any doubt he is one among those who has motivated me to do this project. The 2 in 1 exhaust and the bend pipes are of SS moto customs. it be nice for once in 3weeks there is content. after parts are sourced and ready to be installed. and then add the better idea as the next upgrade, so you have content for before and after other than OEM... eg; OEM-> 1st upgrade-> 2nd upgrade ... you can add your view on how it is Vs OEM setup...

congrats for the change, but I have some concerns regarding front USD's. bmw gs310 has a kerb weight of 158kg approx. and GT has 202 Kg their is a huge weight difference. I think suspension are designed w.r.t the weight and also many other factors so does it effect handling and rideability of the bike?

Thank you for you kind words. Happy that i could help atleast a bit from my part. 🙂 Not necessary that you need to change to an alloy wheel. It was my personal preference to go for an alloy wheel. If you want you can definitely opt the stock spoked wheel. You just need to custom build the axle accordingly. Depends on what all stock parts you use with this setup.

Just check the 2 in 1 exhaust from SS MotoCorp in India. They are even working on 2 in 2 Diablo style exhaust for 650 twins.

I have checked already, they're quite expensive. 15k for the bendpipes alone is what they quoted me. And when i checked online, the whole setup with the bendpipes and the endcan was below 17k.
