Doing something all the time causes over stimulation just like people today are hooked to screens 24*7 scrolling mindlessly and not really living in the moment.. sitting and doing nothing, getting bored is a luxury and will lead to super focused and calm mind

It's not at all necessary to go to such places. Best place is in the lap of nature where there is greenery and fresh air..not in artificial places like these Kids prefer to play with water, soil etc. not plastic and rubber toys it's proven
