This is THE first video I've ever watched and it went into details and not the person saying "The rest is history" or "long story short". This is such an informative video. I also agree with what you mentioned about your Mom knowing the guys that aren't the one. I've told my Mom about guys I was interacting with briefly and she knew instantly. I asked her if she knows who's not the one how will she know who is. Her response was: "I will just know, but this one is not it." Love this video !

Hi Kim. What you shared is very good. Like you, I didn’t have a healthy relationship before now. With this one, it seemed too good to be true and I almost messed it up earlier on because of my own fears. I too was “waiting on the shoe to drop” until I read the book, “Eight Dates” by Doctors John and Julie Gottman. The book helped me to see and correct my own toxicity based on fear. The book also helped me to understand why my marriage failed. How do I know my guy is the one? There’s a lot to list. But the top for me is that I respect him. I can’t be with a man that I cannot respect. I cannot be with a man that I can’t learn from. He challenges me in ways that no other man has. He covers me and protects me. He is solid. He is respectable and respectful. We respect each other. We both do not want to disappoint God with each other and that’s what makes us work. Even our heated fellowships are respectful. I could go on. Overall, he’s the man I prayed for. Side Note - God told me before I met My Guy that, “your Husband won’t come in the packaging you are expecting.” One month later, I met him. Thank God he spoke that to me before I met him because My Guy is the man I didn’t know i needed. Amen and Hallelujah

I knew my hubby was the one during our courting phase when we used to get in heated arguments! 😂… I learned that although we share the same beliefs but in other ways we were unequally yolk… He’s a musician and hung around a group of other guys that are as well but wasn’t striving to live accordingly. I was concerned about my now husband’s spiritually, knowing how that path could lead to destruction and he realized the same. 😊 Our ❤ story consists of many arguments, trying to understand one another, seeking our Lord, plus more arguments. 😂… However, we both realized that was the grooming phase of our relationship.

Thanks for sharing I thought I knew my now ex was my future husband I thought I heard Gods voice but two days ago after two years he just told me he went along with it. He said I pursued him when he just wanted to remain friends. This hurt and I’m a single mom. My kids are not his. so it’s not just about me. I’m praying and getting up everyday to get up for them and myself. My focus is now on healing and living and providing for my youngest kids. 🙏🏾♥️
