Commercial is our bread and butter! We have well over 200k sqft of commercial buildings to wash on the schedule and I love it! We just picked up a 70ksqft 4 story building not on the schedule yet tho. If you need anything subbed out in North FL, let me know!

When landing these commerical jobs, you mentioned talking to the property manager. Did you also approach the bank and ask them? or just the property manager?

The bank was directly through the bank - property managers are more for multi family

How much is the 1 on 1 course? Trying to find someone to learn from like this but everyone either wants a ton of money or they just dont do it. Is there anything out there for the lower income guys to learn and who wants help or does everyone just want to charge a arm and a leg? Which most of us cant afford. Im just beeing honest.
