You can use a drill to put a hole in all of your cards for hangtags. Just make sure to use a clamp to hold them down. Start with a small stamp until you have practice.

Local vendors is the best way to know which blank brand you want to go with. It all depends on the material, the feel, if the ink sticks, and the measurements

Some popular ones are AlStyle, Bella Canvas, Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, Gildan, Shaka Wear. Bella Canvas has their own website. Or one that I use is Mission Imprintables that carries a lot of different brands and styles. It is more expensive at retail, so for that it would be better if you get a whole sale license
