Chris, I would like to express how grateful I am for your videos. I'm on my own journey, and I find myself in you. It feeds my soul to see that you are absolutely open to speak on such topics. Generally, people dont like to truly and freely express themselves, especially about topics like addiction and self love. It makes us feel vulnerable.....right?......and that can be uncomfortable. Anyways... dude....I love and respect you, and I love your work. It is extremely valuable, and I hope you realise how much your insights, experiences, and suggestions are appreciated. Keep doing what you do, man. Love!!!

I agree with you. I admire him for his capacity to speak about such things...sure he worked hard on himself and now he can speak like that. Good luck to you

This video says it all.✨ It’s what I did I had imposter syndrome. Found the love of my life but I just didn’t think I was worthy of been that happy. I didn’t deserve any of it. So the faulty underlying subconscious programming was running self sabotage here we come.It was Down loaded from others so we tell our self stories what are not true. But I was under the veil at the time aka asleep! So now I am doing work on me learning to get to know who I am and giving me the love I deserve! Thank you so much for these!!

I just stumbled on your videos yesterday. I have been trying to quit smoking for the past three years. Three new years resolutions failed. My health is failing, my mind is sabotaging me all the time, my relationships are lacking. Everything is weakened by this addiction but New Year's I know I'm never going to smoke again. My brain is wired to work with time and dates. I read Allen Carr's Easyway 9 and a half times in the past three months and around 15 times total. Your videos are incredibly relatable. You seem very sane and oriented. I'm going to keep watching now!
