I think I know why the fly bundle was deleted, since I saw a lot of people using it to get free headless. (since the head of the package was so small equipped with the normal body would put it in the neck.) and Roblox might have saw people using it to get free headless. And Roblox hates it when people get free headless so yeah, just my theory! :)
