Actually this is one of the best “what I eat in a day” video out there. Other blogs that I’ve watched have too many hard recipes and weird ingredients. This was just perfect! Very helpful and simple, and it looks delicious! Thank you for sharing your fitness journey with us! I hope I can make through it too :)
