That’s great Dulce ❤️ ! I’ve started my fitness journey a year ago. Lost the weight, towards a leaner self now. That’s time when people asking you what have you been doing what pill are you taking 😂… Yeah! Right it’s call DISCIPLINE- try it!! Lol - For me motivation is just a fantasy emotion, that shows up rarely between chapters in our life or even drive upon the happiest moment one is feeling. I go with discipline no matter what I’ve committed and I’ve to get it done, and after sometimes , the sequel of your habit has given you what you’ve long been looking for -Clarity ! I’m happy to have watch many Tom bilyeu’s - read many books to have finally, stopped being a consumer but practicing what I’m learning and the least putting it on a trial . It has made the biggest changes in my life, especially mentally. Like my dad use to say the mind is the driver, and the body will follow.Comply with the mind. I love watching you grow Dulce, and evolve and blossom to this beautiful woman. I’m all in with you. Keep spreading your passion. I write A lot, I appreciate you.I’m not in any social media platform besides KZbin. I chose to be off any other platform,cause it doesn’t serve me. Simply not my vibe. Hi Kristal. I would say I'm about 80% plant-based as of now. I definitely have "cheat" days where I eat chicken, but I'm mindful about eating more plants through out the week. It's more about enjoying the journey of wellness and not striving for perfection.

I have 2 kids and Im going my master degree. But after my second baby i just dont feel myself anymore. If you can share your nutritionist? Or how do you find one? I linked a few videos on fasting that give you great info on how to begin. But I only eat when I am hungry between 1pm-5pm. This process is called intermittent fasting :)

Unfortunately it’s become another diet culture excuse for, mostly, women to starve themselves. Us active, passionate, hard working women and mums need better, real food nutrition, not only plants, juices, gruesome workouts and starvation 😢
