Girlfriend let me tell you, you gave a lot of information whoever doesn’t take your advice it’s because they don’t have the motivation that you do. But I’m sure you have taught many people what to do and how to start. You are one of the sweetest young ladies you have come so far I have been watching you since you used to do your videos in your closet you have come so far I know your parents must be so proud of you because I know I am.

I have been fasting lately and yes I have felt healthier, and more energetic and I haven’t felt sad or depressed 🥰

That’s great Dulce ❤️ ! I’ve started my fitness journey a year ago. Lost the weight, towards a leaner self now. That’s time when people asking you what have you been doing what pill are you taking 😂… Yeah! Right it’s call DISCIPLINE- try it!! Lol - For me motivation is just a fantasy emotion, that shows up rarely between chapters in our life or even drive upon the happiest moment one is feeling. I go with discipline no matter what I’ve committed and I’ve to get it done, and after sometimes , the sequel of your habit has given you what you’ve long been looking for -Clarity ! I’m happy to have watch many Tom bilyeu’s - read many books to have finally, stopped being a consumer but practicing what I’m learning and the least putting it on a trial . It has made the biggest changes in my life, especially mentally. Like my dad use to say the mind is the driver, and the body will follow.Comply with the mind. I love watching you grow Dulce, and evolve and blossom to this beautiful woman. I’m all in with you. Keep spreading your passion. I write A lot, I appreciate you.I’m not in any social media platform besides KZbin. I chose to be off any other platform,cause it doesn’t serve me. Simply not my vibe. I chose to spent my time fully engage into my existence at least to say, practice! 🕉 🙏❤️

Our gut and brain are made from the same fetal tissue! They develop at the same time when we’re developing, so our gut is often called our second brain! 💕 If people question Dulce’s suggestions, look at functional medicine specialists at the Cleveland Clinic! It’s all evidence-based info!

My goal is to get strong and tone and less about losing weight. The struggle I have is sticking to my nutrition. Watching this video is inspiring me to get myself back on track.

Spiritual fasting, IF, and long distance walking early in the morning (on a fasted belly) helped me lose 28lbs. From 134 to 106.

I just love you and think you're such a bright light! I have been watching you for abt 10yrs now, on and off, but love this new change in your channel and hope I can be inspired to get on that track! I already am just from this video. It would be great if you put together some meal plans that you follow (or even write a cookbook). Cant wait for more videos!

Thank you! What really helps me is to rehearse the entire video once before filming it. Also, experience and knowledge in the topic help a person speak with confidence and cadence. xx

You will not grow muscle if you do not consume a surplus of calories. You will be spinning your wheels. The key to everything is balance. No need to go extreme one way or another. Balance . Muscles need food . Muscles need calories.

Hi Kristal. I would say I'm about 80% plant-based as of now. I definitely have "cheat" days where I eat chicken, but I'm mindful about eating more plants through out the week. It's more about enjoying the journey of wellness and not striving for perfection.

Hi Dulce I love how you mention fasting! And I love you tag Sadhguru. I consider him my mentor. You are giving me the motivation to start my fitness/lifestyle path. I have 2 kids and Im going my master degree. But after my second baby i just dont feel myself anymore. If you can share your nutritionist? Or how do you find one? I can not have found any that inspires me. Love you so much💓💓💓💓

Dr. Ken Berry is amazing on KZbin! He is a game changer for a lifestyle change and his wife Neisha too. Dr. Berg is helpful but really isn’t a dr ( might not matter) videos can still help but so much drama with his son KZbin. Congrats you look amazing!!

I linked a few videos on fasting that give you great info on how to begin. But I only eat when I am hungry between 1pm-5pm. This process is called intermittent fasting :)

Unfortunately it’s become another diet culture excuse for, mostly, women to starve themselves. Us active, passionate, hard working women and mums need better, real food nutrition, not only plants, juices, gruesome workouts and starvation 😢
