Great to see you moving onwards and upwards, Adam; you’re an inspiration to anyone with an aspiration to do what you’ve done, and continue doing! I’ve been on a similar journey myself, travelling from 89 kgs to 74 kgs via lifestyle change, walking, then eventually running (after a fashion!). I’m 65 by the way, with a background of arthritic problems. Keep positive, keep moving; a step backward to go forward at times but always with faith in the process and a steely eye on distant goals. Best of luck and good health to you and all your viewers 🙏

I enjoy your videos regardless of length. I too run early in the morning but on a treadmill. As a female runner, I don’t feel safe running alone in the dark. My long run is outside but done on a popular trail with lots of people. Looking forward to the next video. 😉🏃🏻♀️👟

Thank you for your support! It's great to hear that you enjoy the videos. Running on a treadmill is a smart choice for safety, and it's awesome that you’ve found a popular trail for your long runs!

I was enjoying my alternate day IF. Recently diagnosed with a neuromuscular disease and when I don’t eat, my symptoms are significantly exacerbated. Uggh. I know what I need to do as far as eating but the alternate day thing was working out so well. Keep up the good work. 👍👍

Thank you for your kind words! Starting a running journey is a fantastic decision. Begin with short walks, gradually adding jogging intervals. Remember to listen to your body and enjoy the process!

Most important as Adam says. Listen to your body, give it time. Some days will feel good, some not so but consistently doing walking.. Running.. Brings results.
