It's a hereditary disease that runs in my family. My grandparents died from it. I have to do it the " Natural" way. I don't consider myself a " Hater" for saying this. I'm not sure what the intent behind the air quotes " natural" meant, but it's used in the intent to mock something. Look it up - it's literally why they are used. I never tuned into your channel for weight loss. I truly enjoyed your overall content. I am particularly happy to hear that your son is now receiving access to services. I am a reading clinician and certified reading Specialist who has serviced many children with autism. I know all to well that a large number of these students experience social isolation as a result. Can anyone here give ideas of what to what to eat while on semiglutide if you have to be on the road a lot during the day, from early in the am until late at night (perhaps not every day, but at least 3 times a week? And before you say "meal prep", please know that is not an option for me, for a number of reasons too long to explain. So, if you are in a remote little town that only has a McDonald's, Wendy's, DQ, or similar, and you need to keep on driving to get to your next meeting/destination and you cannot stop for too long to eat something that needs to be eaten with a spoon. Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
