But please don’t wear belly wraps and especially waist trainers 24/7, because it actually prolongs the recovery of a postpartum core and puts too much pressure on a very fragile pelvic floor. Postpartum belly bands are a wonderful tool to use for support as you mentioned, but it’s usually for a few hours a day only, for example when you are upright, and have to do something so it simply helps you to support your back and body while your core is still recovering. And waist trainers are ok only after a good pelvic floor recovery 🙏 You look gorgeous, girl! Love your energy ❤
