Took awhile to get to this point but we're locked in. 10 weeks into this bulk and already hitting close to all time lifting numbers. Let's keep pushing forward.

WE ARE SO BACK. I also started in spring to really kick things into gear again and making the biggest gains since starting training. And you were probably the first youtuber I watched 10 years ago and helped me a lot starting out! Still have my real sayians deadlift tshirt! Did my first powerlifting competition after 7 years as well. Great to see you also pushing it again :)

Omar, I’m a previous DIVINE IN NO TIME customer and your program helped me build a fatty and be in the best shape I’ve ever been. I lost most of the pages in a flood and am wondering if I can pay you for the program again. (I know it’s old, so if you have anything newer let me know too) THANK YOU ❤😊

You gonna go full bodybuilder or still ride the line and do a bunch of strength work? I think at your level you'll need to be pretty deep into bodybuilding style training to put on mass. Would like to see you go full bodybuilder, you've done the strength game for so long. Time for a change?

I'm trying to increase the weight on my lifts. (Raw strength ) Sometimes I'm not sure if I should increase weight or not before my session starts. Strategy...So, I've started increasing the weight I think i could do, not too much, then I lower the rep range to like a 3 or 4 and... see how I feel on that first set "RPE 7,8,9 "Then on following sets same exercise, I will either stay at 3, 4 reps or move up anywhere from 3-8 reps with that new weight, trying to stay at RPE of about 9, sometimes I hit momentarily failure however my goal is to be no more then 9 rpe if I can help on compound lifts. What are your thoughts on this ? Is it a good approach? I'm trying to get stronger while still gain some hypertrophy. So, it's not a powerlifting workout. My goal is to be in a 6 to 8 rep range. If the first 3 rep set feels way too heavy I go back to previous weight. Thanks

@naturalgains42297 ай бұрын
You ever try super slow reps with HIT bodybuilding training methods and principals? Works for any muscle with any exercise. Do slow reps until you reach failure and you’re done with that muscle for like 5-6 days. Or you could train a muscle once a week on a push pull legs split. The reason it’s only once on PPL is because you need rest days in between training days on HIT. That and you only do 1 or 2 exercises for a muscle, and very few sets or 1 set in some cases. Just whatever set gets you to failure usually less than 3 sets and most times only 2 sets are needed, the end goal here is just tiring the muscle enough and truly hitting failure. This method is great for protecting against achy joints and making sure you never get an overuse injury again. Now as far as how slow reps would be, 5 second concentric 5 second eccentric. Give Jay Vincent’s channel a view for more knowledge on these methods and muscle building.

I had 3 bone spurs removed from my right elbow in March.Although it's better iv not Barbell benched or Overhead pressed in about 5 years because of the issues with it.Everytime I try now it just doesn't feel strong enough to do them movements and i can feel irritation plus Dumbbells or Hammer strength machines feel so much better.Shame as I had a good Overhead,bench and Incline bench with the Barbell.Good luck

Most have goals that aren't within their personal design. As a young man I was very thin and wanted to be large with muscle popping everywhere. I was fast, very fast, I could run for hours further and faster than all my friends. Over many years I increased from 139lbs to my largest at 217lbs and about 8% body fat. Deadlift - 660lbs, Squat 405lbs for reps, Bench 365lbs 4 clean reps. Unfortunately plenty of injuries over the years as well. As an older lifter almost 60yrs old, I have been slimming down for a while and balancing my body fat. My gym time is so much more consistent, much better mobility and functional strength. I'm currently around 12% body fat at 185lbs. I feel good and don't look my age. If I had a Time Machine, I'd go back and still get bigger and stronger, but with an emphasis on speed and mobility.

Why don't you focus on calves as well? They're a big muscle group and you probably have a lot of room grow there if you've never trained them properly.
