The Cheesecake Factory Original Cheesecake
Ingredients
Ingredient Checklist
• Crust:
• 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ⅓ cup unsalted butter or margarine, melted
• FILLING:
• 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 ¼ cups sugar
• ½ cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 5 large eggs
• TOPPING:
• ½ cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons sugar
Step 1
Preheat oven to 475°F. Place a large pan filled with 1/2 inch water in oven
Step 2
Make crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon; add butter or margarine. Press crust onto bottom and 2/3 of the way up a 9-inch springform pan lined with parchment. Wrap a large piece of foil around bottom of pan. Freeze until filling is prepared.
Step 3
Make filling: Use an electric mixer to mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides of bowl. Whisk eggs in a bowl; add to cream cheese mixture. Blend just until eggs are incorporated
Step 4
Remove crust from freezer and pour in filling. Carefully place cheesecake into preheated water bath. Bake for 12 minutes; turn oven to 350°F and bake until top of cheesecake turns golden, 50 to 60 minutes. Remove cake to a wire rack to cool.
Step 5
Make topping: Combine sour cream and sugar; spread over cake. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

I saw a pair of Victoria Crown pigeons at the Gulf Breeze Zoo this weekend! I was shocked to realize how large and muscular (for lack of a better term) they actually are! My recipe is similar except I use 2 pre made extra serving graham cracker crusts instead of spring pan. And for topping pint of sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Yummy!

A tree mounted surveillance camera that stores in a cloud and has night vision will watch the safety and the hatching of the eggs. The Emu eggs are another great spot for a trail cam. Good way to watch the babies grow without disturbing the nature of it all.

I would put the snake trap at the bottom of the pole or tree that goes up to the nest. It had to slither up something to get up there.

First off.... Happy Birthday Jason! I love baking cheesecakes! For Easter my husband wants a white chocolate black raspberry cheesecake. I baked cheesecakes for my daughter's wedding and they were a hit. The waterbath is absolutely important to getting the creamy texture you want. I take mine out of the oven when they barely jiggle in the middle, then turn off my oven and not open door for an hour.

My step sister-in-law made several cheesecakes of all different flavors to give away at Christmas. One time she gave us a peanut butter and jelly cheesecake. Brooke, I know this is frustrating, but could the snake have gone into the birdhouse and hidden up in the rafters or along the roof? I've seen farmer videos that have found the snake in the rafters tucked away barely visible while they digest the egg (s).

I've had that same feeling, wondering if Brook took a light and really looked along the rafter area.Snakes can really blend in to hide.It's possible that they ate their own egg , Lester's Ostriches ate some of their eggs and didn't leave any shell.

Great video Brooke , I hope you catch the culprit who stole the VCP’s egg , hopefully they will lay another one and have a successful hatching !! Thsnk you gif showing us how easy it is to make a cheesecake and Thsnk Jason for including the recipe for us, I’ve shared the video to all my friends so they can enjoy your video snd the cheesecake recipe! I hsvexa tip on softening your cream cheese if your short on time for it to come to room temp - I draw a bowl of warm water ( not hot just a nice warm temp) take out of box but leave the foil just as it comes out of the box and put it in the warm water and let sit about 4-5 minutes , then just push the sides between you thumb and index finger to test if it’s softened if not leave a couple more minutes until it is ! Take out when softened and dry off foil and open and use !! It’s a great way to beable to take from fridge and be using in a few minutes , I found this out years ago when I needed mine softened and tried this method and gave been using it since , and it works great to soften for toast or bagels just the amt. you need and put in a small container with a locking lid and put in the warm water a few minutes to use snd spread nicely !! It is possible for them to get stuck. i wouldn't think it would still be stuck a week later though, especially when both the mom & dad were switching daily... I had one broody hen that i kept having to take off the nest... one time, after I sat her down, a few minutes later I saw the egg drop from her, and another time, one fell from a hen and broke as she jumped down.
