I think before 2 years, KZbin recommended this channel. I thought it is just like a normal fitness channel on some hot topics without much practical and clear explanation. At my teenage periods I was crazy for workouts but not in gyms, I joined Karate class from my college, tuition fees and acquired yellow/green belt., I was also practising veda classes and mridangum classes too. I was also an active role in DYFI as young secretary... but I slipped my track .... somewhere and went to killing habits dhamm, sarakku, and obviously love affair. But destiny has some other thing for me. Now-a-days seeing all kind of success stories I felt ashamed of myself which I have done in my young ages, (but no guilt) and always think that I could have done much more better. No probs, even now I can/will change my life with a big u turn. I have that confidence and determination now. B'coz now the technology has grown up that faster (At my 20's there were no technology which can improve self with motivation or learning new knowledges) that we can learn and acquire knowledge and motivation in just a finger tip. I quit dhamm at 2016 (35), sarakku at 2019 (38) and now focusing on health and life goals. Ok dear, then c u will meet somewhere in the jouney of life. GOD BLESS...
