Ngl awesome channel, love the attitude, drive and hard work! Always nice to see a young gun hustling working hard working towards goals in life. If you see this msg man you are on a super trajectory like you can’t even imagine. If you keep on keeping on working hard in few years you will be amazed how far along you get. I’m 36 work hard and started fixing and flipping cars, selling used parts on eBay, bought 1 house for $20k put $60 into it to fix it because it was severely neglected, then bought a 2 family rental then bought another 2 family rental, then another 2 family then a single family then a 3 unit house now about to close on a 4 unit rental all while still flipping cars and I own a commercial property that has 4 automotive repair garages that I rent out and use 1 unit for myself o and I used to wholesale houses but got out of it because it takes up most of ur time marketing and chasing leads but made about 4 or 5 $15-$20k assignment fees and had 1 deal I made $90k assignment fee on but that was a very rare type of deal!

Congrats on the 13k steezy that’s awesome Man! Also when you said you pause your google ads on the weekends does your marketing team allow that or how does it work exactly? Just curious on how much they control and how much you control. I want to try to do google ads myself first, without paying a team, so wish me luck lol lots of research to do! Also for your next YT video you should do a live phone call with a customer. Would be cool so see what your go to points are when speaking to the customer live and such.

Thanks and yeah for the Google ads my team has a minimum budget of $50 a day they want you spending on google, which is understandable because that’s kind of what you need to spend to rank on the top of the first page but besides that you can run the ads whatever days you want I just have mine off on the weekends because I’m usually doing stuff and don’t like taking business calls, an for me recording a call with customers I would have to get an actual camera because I record all my videos on my phone lol

Hey sir, nice business and great video. A few quick: Did you start with a business license or did you get one after you started? Do you prefer a truck and trailer? I started the LLC before I started doing work and I’ve never tried a box truck but if I didn’t already own a pick up truck, I probably would’ve started with a box truck there a lot cheaper an easier to drive than a truck and trailer. You really don’t need a big one either.

I don’t know who to go with for marketing. JRA is in my state and they operate in the same city with their own junk removal company so I feel they wouldn’t “really” give me the best service since I’m direct competition.

What do you use for leads? Just did my first job today and made 190$ profit on one truck load! And how do you get your dump fees so low? I paid 72$ today for the back of my Tundra crew max filled up.
@steezyflips

Google ads is where the business is at and I just got lucky my landfill is only $47 a ton. $72 is a lot tho for a pickup truck load try searching around your area for different dumps/landfills.
