That was a great video thanks for sharing...taking the principles of product led growth and applying it to growing your audience at every level. So in a sense you are growing your audience in different product categories...ie those who consume your videos, purchase your courses, sign up for memberships and paid consulting etc.

A few questions: Would this strategy be working for you because of your growing demand and company size? Would this strategy work for a smaller ($5k - $10k/Month) coaching business that is running ads for the first time? That's a tough one; I'd probably say a great book would be "The Four Hour Work Week," as it will show you the basics of increasing value and getting back your time! I think most creative thinking comes from simply making space to think!
