How exactly to make the outline? Is that the inverted hull solidify method?

darnit, I wanted to watcht his to learn how you did topology for the muscles, but you used Quad Remesher for that part! Quad Remesher is good for all sorts of things, but it definitely doesn't give suitable results for anime-styled models that need to animate cleanly. It never seems to get the arm loops right. Ended up learning some things from the shadow masking though.
