Hi Taylor! Great video! Congrats on your conversion rate and sales figures! Something I would be interested in knowing is what percentage of personalized items you have in both of your Etsy stores. Do you think personalization is essential to see these sorts of figures, and do you think you can be successful without offering personalization? This is something I flip flop on in my own store. I know that tools like Hello Custom make offering personalization items easier, however there are still 'extra steps' involved with these items so that means more time spent overall on the business as opposed to the ever so slightly more passive list-and-forget style of non personalized items. Apologies if I have missed this info in one of your videos. If you have spoken about this in recent months I would grateful if you could link to it. If not, I would love to see a video that focuses on personalization, its importance, and what percentage of personalized items you think is a good idea to have you in store overall. Great video thank you! Important for influencers to tell the truth about what goes into making successful online businesses especially in print on demand. I was wondering if you could say what the name of the time tracker you used was? I think it would be smart to start tracking it early in my journey so I can see the change over time. Edited to add: don't worry about the reaction to ad spend. Every business needs to spend money on marketing! It's silly that people don't see the value in it. Yes , Etsy has it's own traffic, but it's a huge marketplace. It's like saying a store in a mall or on a busy street shouldn't advertise. Shops still need to stand out from the rest!

Hi Taylor, Thank you so much for your educational material-they’re incredibly helpful, and congratulations on your amazing success with your Etsy shops! I was curious about how, as a new seller, one might handle potentially successful listings, especially with print-on-demand. Since sellers need to pay upfront to fulfill orders and then wait for Etsy to release payments, cash flow could be a big challenge for fulfilling a high volume of orders. Have you ever experienced issues with Etsy payment delays? Do you have any advice for managing cash flow in these situations? Thank you again for sharing your expertise!
