I’ve been doing email outreach and pretty much everything you said here and I’ve been getting a steady conversion rate of about 1.5%. The problem is that since a very small percentage of KZbinrs convert, most of the clients I end up with are either not serious about YT, or very cheap, or both. I find myself doing way too much outreach just to get pennies compared to the work I’m doing. Any tips for me?
