Elation I have a question. How do you get rid of the echoey/decay sounds after a note ends that I get when I stack chord presets. I've been automating the volume to cutoff when the chords end, but its getting really annoying. I haven't found any answers and its really frustrating. Any chance you could explain it really quickly. It would really help me sm.

disable the reverb/decays on the layers in the synth plugin presets and instead route them all to a bus with reverb/decay and from there you can make automations from that single bus. Its how i would go about it i think.

FL Gang for life! But fr tho, Ableton is an amazing DAW and I definitely prefer using it when I produce dubstep because it's a lot easier to make heavy basses, and I'm sure those techniques can apply to other genres too. Just use whatever makes you happy!
