@@Sweetambs 😊👍 If I made it, I could not eat it. I'd have to coat it with boat lacquer, and keep it on display. On display, not to brag on it, but bc a cookie like that is a work of art. (The boat lacquer bit is a carryover from when my Girl Scouts and Brownies painted some of their Shortbread cookies with the trefoil on them. After they painted the cookies, we sealed them with boat lacquer, and attached a pin. The idea being that when someone commented on their pin, that they could say, 'Thank you! It's actually one of our Shortbread cookies. How many boxes would you like?' It worked. We sold the most boxes in our Council.) Seriously. I could not eat that adorable snowglobe cookie. And if I got ambitious enough to make a batch of them, I'd still boat lacquer one of them. 🙄😊
