I kept my arcade1up machine, but I put it into a big blue SF cabinet. I changed out all the controls, artwork, threw a subwoofer in there and changed out the artwork to try to replicate a big blue MVC2 cab with the bright yellow capcom logos on the side and a custom big blue mvc2 marquee. It's gonna be a while till online will be available, but I still enjoy playing the previous games online.

hey great video man! UK here - I went for the MvC2 cabinet too but A1Up seldom releases anything here so we never got the MvC1 cab. As with you I've always wanted an arcade machine so jumped at the chance of owning all the MvC games in one machine. A casual scrub, I didn't notice much difference but now that you mention it there is some input delays that really throw me off. I'm planning on adjusting the buttons on the cab with some sanwa ones and maybe in the future I'll gut it for a raspberry Pi million in one software thing but for now (wishful thinking and crossed fingers) A1Up will deliver on MvC2 online in March as per their last update. If the online is trash - I think people will riot....

If you have the resources and time, go for it! It's not that hard, you just need patience, and ask questions on forums and do google searches along the way. I can't tell you how many times I started with one solution, and ended up with a simpler one thanks to doing a little research. Totally worth it in the end... been playing some DarkStalkers on it today!

If you want to fit it all inside the case, there's a ton of HP/Dell SFF PCs with mid-generation i5/i7s that can be had for less than $100. I
