Can you do the exact thing with only stock plugins?

I can certainly try, though FL Studio's stock plugins don't have some of the same capabilities that I'm looking for. MPhaser is the only phaser I have that can invert the feedback signal. The SerumFX Delay is very simple, and it was very close to Abelton's stock delay. The only thing that isn't free that I used is SerumFX, and I can probably find a delay that does what I'm looking for (maybe even Delay 3, but there's a lot of parameters that make controlling the sound hard). I'll play around with it
