I'm so glad to hear you're still learning Burmese! You may remember we exchanged some messages on instagram several years ago. I'm not on instagram anymore so I haven't kept up with your language learning. My circumstances changed and I sadly haven't worked on my Burmese in the past five years. I have recently purchased a book of short stories (parallel texts) so there is still some interest there... Maybe this is a sign to open up that book and get reading! That sounds like a lovely interaction with those two Burmese ladies. All the best getting back into Burmese!
