Crit Panth was already viable when the new items came out. You go PtA+Sundered Sky+IE and one shot people. Sundered Sky makes your W(first attack against the enemy) crit, and for Panth, if W crits, all 3 autos crit

Crit Panth seems to work best with an enchanter on the team to pocket and heal/shield. Collector also feels kinda useless and going 3 expensive crit items before Navori seems troll since Navori is what makes your damage pop off. Second game wasn't showing that crit was bad cause you were missplaying a lot and had reqlly rough build order. Collector also feels kinda troll when your Q already executes. Kraken/Essence into Navori into whatever feels like the best bet
