Remove Banana Peel and place in a bowl.
Mash bananas with a pestle until smooth.
Gradually add cassava flour and baking powder; mix until dough forms.
Knead dough on a board.
Roll out dough using a Rolling pin or bottle
Cut out circles using a cup or cookie cutter.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry pancakes until golden brown (2-3 minutes per side).
Serve warm.
