I am trying so hard to learn this and every video I find does a really partial explanation of how to use things like canva or other places like this and I need something that blows up the cursor on their computer so I can see what they are clicking on and has a truly step by step through the whole process of how to create a shirt and upload it to printify. I have spent hours and hours trying to learn canva and others but all the missing steps in each video and in others the way the cursor is too hard to see has made it impossible for me to learn how to do this. I have hard a lot of bad years to date with losing my job, marriage, cancer etc etc. But I have always been a fighter and worked from 2 weeks out of school for other people and gained managerial positions. @@cengiztezel4576 yes it works for me, however, it did take around 6 months to start making sales and I had hundreds of designs by then. TBH my first designs were not that good so you have to keep improving or get someone to do your designs for you. Hope that helps.

I do have a video for you actually: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZoPaladrgLRjftE This covers all the best practices, but overall the only things I can add to that from my experience would be: Write answers on Quora linking to your articles (I don't think I had included that in the video linked above) and to do really good article research to find clearly underserved questions. If you are the only article answering a question, you are nearly guaranteed to get the traffic (even on a brand new site). I hope that helps!

Thanks for the comment, great to see you here. They are 2 of the best models out there! I'll have a really good POD tutorial coming Dec 18th packed with good tips. Good question.. I haven't used Medium so I can't shed much light on it. The concept sounds OK in theory, however I would rather the articles on my website so they can age on my own site and work their way into the rankings that way. Ultimately having people on your site will be more profitable because you can serve ads to them too. I have however done short Quora answers, instead of Medium, leading people to my full articles on my sites and that works well.

Hey greg I just finished watching your affiliate marketing website tutorials and I can say they were so amazing and helpful with getting me started. I do have a questing though. I saw both tutorials using Wix and one using blue host. I have already paid for all the wix upgrades but would you still recommend wix today or do you prefer Blue Host?

Thanks for the comment and support Nico! Great question. They are both great options, however I’m assuming you are more tech savvy than most, so I would recommend Wordpress with bluehost. WP with bluehost is more complicated to get setup, but it’s much cheaper. Wix is perfect for those who just want to click a few buttons and have the website complete. Wix does a 14 day (I believe) money back guarantee so you should be able to get your money back if you choose to go the bluehost route. Hope that helps!

POD is beneficial for European residents because you can be a seller anywhere in the world and make sales worldwide. So you can have the same marketing and traffic as I do, and our listings can be side by side on websites without anyone knowing where the seller uploaded the design from. This is the real question. It's easy to create a website. The hard part is getting converting traffic that doesn't cost an arm and a leg (ie, FB, Google Ads, etc)

Congratulations on hitting 2M in online sales. Your channel is an inspiration for those struggling to achieve financial independence. Things following covid have been much worse and now layoffs are everywhere with the recession phase. Life has never been the same and those in the third world face many more challenges with fewer opportunities. As for freelancing, mostly there are scammy offers so that doesn't seem to work well in our region. AI will change the industry too, so learning about passive income streams is essential. Nice! Great question.. I personally would recommend posting them all on these sites because these websites get so much traffic each month. You may find yourself making far more sales of the same designs you currently sell just from the POD sites just due to the massive increase in traffic. (Most sites get 1MM-25MM visitors per month, and Amazon Merch on Demand gets 1B-2B per month).

Online courses need to be updated all the time and most are NOT passive. But I was thinking more and more about getting into print on demand. With my design experience it does make sense and I am looking to do more passive income things. What I was looking for mostly is proof of concept. How much would you say that 2 million is split between affiliate income and print on demand? I am a great writing so wondering if the affiliate income would be enough to balance out my old course income or of POD would work best. I feel like I have to go all in one one or another. Great question! Yes, you can re-apply as many times as needed until you get in. I believe you will have to use a different email address each time. That's the only way to sell print on demand via Amazon, however in the coming video on Dec 18th I'll show you other sites you can use that you don't have to apply to (so you can start uploading and selling right away).

Hey Greg, how many designs do you publish and how much money do you earn ? For exemple last month how much money did you make from print on demand ? And i have another question, do you use Google Ads for POD ?

It's average about $1/per active listing/per month (and that goes for Teespring, Merch by Amazon, and RedBubble). Hope that makes sense, for example 100 shirts on each site is about $300/mo total (or $100/mo from each site). Every time I make a sale, I get between $2-$10 depending on how big the margin is set on that product. The $1 I'm talking about is to give you a best average on my entire accounts earnings per month. You may have 100 designs live, but only make 20 sales that month. Not every design will sell every month. So if we are averaging between $2-10 per sale (and we got 20 per month) that averages $100 profit that month. With 100 designs, that comes out to about $1 per active design on the account. I'm working on a new video that will be up in 2 weeks that goes over how to find the really good niches that have no-low competition. Do I understand this correctly: For the PoD model, at $1 profit per month per design (multiplied by the number of platforms), in order to arrive at a monthly income, say, of $9K, that would call for 3,000 separate designs on three platforms (3,000 x 3 x $1), right? But because Amazon requires that you make sales on any design before you are allowed to upload another one (beyond the initial maximum of 10) before you are allowed to add designs/products, wouldn’t that mean that it could take you years before this happens? Or what am I failing to see here, please?

Thanks Lenny! Some sites allow only one store, so they get a general one (generally speaking) but others allow unlimited stores so they get separated by niche. Nowadays most of the sites are just marketing the listings individually so the stores have become less and less important. Hope that helps, more on that in the coming video too.

How much would you say your side hustles made in the time span of you making your first 2 million? ex: your first year 50% of the money you made from a job and the other 50% was the side hustles, and then the next year it was 40% from your job 60% side hustle and so on. and if you had found no job and worked on side hustles the whole time what was the rough percentages of each side hustle, and the change from year to year?

Really awesome question! All the $2MM is profit from the side hustles. My journey began roughly 7 years ago, and it took about 1 year to start making enough to quit my part time job and be able to pay my bills, then another year to be about a full time income. Then the last 5 years were spent growing the side hustles to the upper 6 figure range per year. All adding up to about $2MM profit to date, but that's now at a 6-7 figure passive annual profit. Really liked that question, never got that before!

How do you get traffic and sales to your designs ? Do you do FB ads?

I only use websites that get organic traffic on their own. I've spent thousands on FB ads in the past and they are not profitable anymore. Choosing the right websites that drive their own visitors to their website, and then listing your designs on their marketplace, is the best way I've found (and it's free). More on that in the coming video on Dec 18th.

Yes you can! I personally do it that way but it’s not required. I only do it because the income is pretty high so it’s easiest and most tax efficient to do it that way.

You can start 100% for free. I use 2 tools that require a monthly subscription (they help with research and designing) but they are optional and you absolutely can use a free design tool if you'd like. I'll have a video coming December 18th that will help explain all of it in detail.

Exactly right. The cool part though is that you could then sell that business for about 40x monthly profit if you wanted to. That would be a cool $360k if you wanted to trade it out instead of the $9k/mo.

Yes, since it's income, it will be taxed however it's only taxed as personal income to your local taxes (you don't have to pay any taxes to any other countries or regions even if you make sales there).
