im still confuse at the split/ cut every kill clip part, and why my timeline show per seconds (s) but yours show per frame (f). About press 'u' is it for the first clip or all clip? what i get is cut a scene add time remap and keyframe and repeat for other clip.

Wonderful questions, thank you. Markers are aligned with the sync of the music. They're added to understand where to cut (that's optional, you can just freestyle). Basically you usually do transitions or kills on beat. You cut the clip layer from both sides in order to make the transition. We are using time remap here, so basically every video layer has to be edited with time remap. It is essential to understand how time remap works to make edits like these.
