Lovely packaging! When using the seal with melted wax you don't need to apply pressure with your hand, which is what it looked you were doi g in the viseo. Just let the seal sit on the wax for a moment or two. The weight of the seal itself will be sufficient to make a clear impression and as the wax cools the seal will come away cleanly.
