How i made this pork Chop Sandwich for my 10 seniors
Last time i cooked pork chops i had some extras and i put them in the freezer.
I chopped them up, fine sliced some red onions, celery. cooked them all through added some BBQ Sauce, some lime juice. Made some Garlic mayo. Toasted the buns spread some garlic mayo, pickles, slice of cheddar cheese, pork mix and a fried egg. Some potato tots. Good Lunch.
