There is no room for doubt in this path. Trust can imply a degree of doubt. Uncondtional trust is that which trust emulates from.
It's a relationship with experience where we find ourselves curious and interested in it and not in what it entails.
You are safe to let go. I hope this video aids in that process.

Psychologically we suppress our emotions in the early stages, and when situations arises it triggers off the emotions we never dealt with in the past. Go back and look at why, accept it and then let it go, clear it all out of the closet, and the next time trigger is pulled, it will only fire back with blanks. 😊

I agree and can totally relate too, that the resistance to trusting in the universe is such a profound obstacle and thing to overcome as I read the comments and talk to people about the same topic and just reflect on all my own resistance through the decades of life. But slowly but surely, day by day, one step, one thought at a time, it all actually starts to make sense and clearly so. I would today, not change the way I trust. But I do get the resistance so this is more just encouragement to continue exploring for those that are a bit stuck here. Profound message.

Once again a beautiful message ! But trust is not so simple as it sounds. I myself have been through cancer and subsequent chemotherapy. I have gone through chronic pain for years. But having Rupert Spira as my guru helped me to navigate through those intense phases.
