Good job, have you tried simply placing the case in a computer printer / scanner and print directly onto the gasket paper? It works really well although there are limitations with size and paper thickness etc.. Great channel..

Wow that is smart. Why didn't I think of that. Guess you could take a good picture too a d just enlarge it to the right size. I was doing the old tap it with a rubber mallet, but your suggestion is sound.
