Audacity has 3 audio "hosts" that all have slightly different recording devices. Did you try all of them? If you did or that doesn't work, you could also record computer audio on scratch or audacity with the microphone, but note that the quality will be worse

Make sure you have a screen recorder like OBS and an audio recorder like Audacity, that's all you really need
