If there is suspected IP issues and the offer count is decreasing quick on the keepa graph, then you aren't going to want to sell the item. And yes I got you on an OA video.I always suggest to have at least 500-1k to startup. I'm glad you love my videos❤

Hey, I’m soo glad you posted this video. Now I work for TJMAXX I’ve been reselling on eBay for years and wanting to move to Amazon. Now I had a customer come in and return about $400 in merchandise saying they were trying to sell on Amazon but they required an invoice and they couldn’t use their receipts. How does that work?? I know when you buy online you get an invoice but how do you list in store purchases without an invoice?

Not 100% sure but it sounds like they were gated (meaning not allowed to sell in that category yet). Some categories and items require a purchase from a reputable seller with an invoice for proof of purchase that must be submitted to Amazon for approval to sell those items FIRST.

Yes, you can create your own listing but I wouldn't recommend unless you have authorization from the brand. If you create a listing and don't have authorization from the brand, the listing is label generic and Amazon will eventually take your listing down. From my personal experience.

Millions!! Love your videos. You explain things very well. I was wondering if you can do 2 videos for us. (I know, I'm being greedy, apologies!!) One to explain if you are using the GS1 barcodes for all the different items you send to Amazon? Like the one and twos I have seem in the videos. Seems it could be expensive to purchase all those. I have seem others that say you just need to use manufacturer barcode and tell Seller Central to create FNSKU. Another to explain your barcode printer setup and why you chose the printer you use.

I got you. I can answer the barcode question here. So I don’t purchase barcodes from GS1, instead, I sell products that already have UPC codes, also known as manufacturer barcodes. And I print out my own FNSKU labels on amazon seller central. And cover the old manufacturer barcode with my label.

You can sell it but there's always a risk. If you're not restricted and the company does an IP claim, then a TJ Maxx or Mashalls receipt isn't gonna work. My advice would be to just remove the listing if the claim happens and don't sell that brand.
