Only taking one thing or book when you go to a study spot is such a great tip that I learned the hard way. I used to carry EVERYTHING in my backpack wherever I go because I convinced myself I would have time to get to everything in those 4 - 5 hours, which is totally wrong. I ended up just throwing my back constantly until I learned to pace myself not only during study time but before and after with doing self-care and prepping my workload realistically.

hi there! I've been binge watching all your videos as I'm Australian and am graduating high school tomorrow and have done 3/5 of my final exams, and will have another 2 next week! I am married and have three kids, but have a passion for reading and studying because I like learning new things. My question is how are you paying your way to school and living expenses? I don't think I have heard you mentioned having a job. I know medical school can be very expensive. I am guessing you have a full scholarship because you look very intelligent. Hey Jamie, I have a question. I recently graduated in a four year school with a B.S. in Fire Protection (3.1gpa). I wanted to become a firefighter. Ive had a major career change where I want to attend medical school to become a pediatrician, but I'm fearful of not being accepted to any medical schools. I have taken a few science classes (chemistry, physics). Do you think I should go back to school to take more science classes or not? I would love any tips/advice you have to offer. Thank you!
