For those who need a summary as well as a run through: 1) PAIR TIME WITH BIOLOGICAL PRIME TIME Eg Early birds= first thing in morning Train yourself to do deep work with full undivided focus and attention during this time and then shallow work eg email replies during the rest of the day where your productivity will be lower. 2)PROTECT YOUR PRIME TIME LIKE A DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT. Once you find your prime time, keep it sacred. Only set important tasks during that time. 3) DAILY HIGHLIGHT MIT-MOST IMPORTANT TASK... get your set most important task done during ur prime time. Everything else u can do later. Even if you procrastinate for the rest of the day, at least you got your MIT done. 4) IMPLEMENT SELF GIVEN TIME CONSTRAINTS give yourself a time to get assigments, projects etc done. This gives you a sense of urgency. 5) REDUCE YOUR WORKLOAD Productivity means getting your important tasks done in a consistent basis. Prioritize your tasks Whats important? 6) BALANCE YOUR LIFE FOR LONGTERM PRODUCTIVITY Not just career prioritization. Make sure social, mental health, and family life is getting attention. Ps dont forget to leave a like please, so i can know if it helped and any reply and i will get back to u ASAP. Welcome ✌

- pair your time with biological prime time. - protect your prime time strictly. - mindset: you have time to do everything. don't procrastinate, start revisioning. - implement self-imposed time constraints. (skillshare: how to build your long-term goals) - strong small incremental progress - reduce your workload. prioritization - balance your life for long-term goal achievements. - keep your mental health, physical health, relationships in check.

Here I wanna ask you one thing 🤔🤔 Please answer to this very question as I have been searching for over a long time 😥😥... For those lazy people like us who prefer creativity and perfection during their work, how can they complete the whole task within a damn specific time frame?? Imao they would rather make things worse than good while panicking just to complete it anyways as the timer stops . They will feel difficult to focus on certain task as the clock is ticking to its end.. Can these people ever feel satified with the given task at hand🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ ???
