Hi love! You know, there's a great book called Radical Forgiveness that I think is really helpful in learning to see things from a different perspective...learning to see the gift in even the most painful of relationships/circumstances. It's really empowering. In terms of every day LOA practices, I kind of just really plant little seeds all over my day. Even if it's just little mundane things, like not being able to find my keys, for example; I'll just feel the keys in my hand and hear myself saying "Yes! I found them!" I imagine myself laughing later in my day, feeling the joy. I'll just prepave my experience in little ways all day long...it really becomes second nature very quickly. And I am pretty conscious about thinking in healthy and supportive ways. Of course, I have challenging days just like everyone -- I have sad moments, confused moments or days, but I truly believe in the silver lining, and so it always reveals itself to me eventually. I feel consciously blessed most of the time, and when I forget, I just try to remind myself however I can in that moment. Thank you so much for reaching out and allowing me to share. So I have a question about feel it real sessions because for some reason I've been randomly having a block- I was able to do a few sessions and they were amazing, it really felt so real but lately I'm having a hard time imagining. Like when I try and see it, the imagining isn't as clear and vivid as it used to be and the feelings aren't nearly as strong (I think it might be bc I'm getting too obsessed with the actual outcome). A sense of playfulness always helps! Try to feel lighthearted about it, as if you were a child daydreaming. Try allowing your mind to conjure up scenarios that feel good without trying to impose a scenario--like you can ask yourself in a light way, What might it feel like to experience ___? Or, If I were ____ in the world, what might that feel like? Let your emotions come from you and let your mind produce the visuals. Ask and receive. Play and trust and don't make it too heavy or serious. You are more powerful than you know and when we move out of our own way, magic happens. : ) Love and hugs! xoxoxo

Hi! Thank you for the lovely things you said! : ) In general, I'm pretty conscious about my train of thought, meaning that I really try to have loving, supportive thoughts about myself, and when I feel myself off track, I consciously nudge myself back into inner peace. Some days are effortless, some require help from friends, or help from empowering books or help from my boyfriend or just help from my Inner Being (meditation, prayer or journaling). I think the better the relationship I have with myself, the better my relationship with everything "outside" of myself. I do believe that I am loved by Source, that Life is for us, not against us, even when we face crises or challenges. I believe there is a gift in all experiences, even if it is not immediately obvious or immediately revealed to us. I look for those gifts until I really feel them. I consciously don't hold on to anger or judgements about others - I find a way back to compassion with whatever tools I have, you know? I think it's easier for me personally to manifest with this kind of open and gentle mindset, but as I said, some days it's effortless, and some days I just have to be a little more conscious. But we all manifest all the time, regardless of our temperaments and beliefs...it's just easier to do it consciously when we're not in so much resistance, i think. I think it's healthy to look for the good in life, whether it's just seeing that it's a pretty day, that the sky is beautiful, that people are smiling...I try to point my mind in the direction of what feels good. I try not to take things so seriously; I'm learning more and more to let go of trying to control. A big part of manifesting successfully is the aspect of surrender and trust. But, I'm learning all the time, just like everyone else. Books have really helped me in my journey so far, and the beautiful people I have around me. It's different for different things, but it seems like the lighter the touch, the less attached I am, the quicker things manifest. But for the things I want with more attachment and emotion, then little sessions of feeling-it-real and spending time in the imagined end-result are always really helpful. Stephanie! Hi, pretty lady! You know, I swear I noticed a huge difference after about a month of using rosehip oil mixed with argan oil as my daily + nightly moisturizers! I also use hyaluroic acid serum afterward sometimes. Lastly, I finally found my "holy grail" foundation, which is by Juice Beauty (organic ingreds) and is called Phyto-Pigments foundation.
