I think some people hear you say $80 a week and think it is low, but they don't take into account that you have a separate Costco fund as well, so really in total it is more than $80 a week when you factor those in together.

I wish I was able to meal plan for $80 a week. I live in the Canadian Arctic and pay roughly $300 CDN a week on food. But definitely will take any tips you offer!

I agree with the Starbucks ones being so tasty! I have found a better substitute than just regular egg muffin things. I add the eggs to the blender, add cottage cheese, and salt and pepper then blend it. This gives the smoother texture like the sous vide and it gives you more protein. Then I top with a little cheese and bacon or whatever I feel like adding. I’ve been doing in the big muffin tins and it is really good!
