Great video! I've been watching your YT videos for over a year and i've seen lots of grocery hauls, meal preps and cooking... I always wondered what your process was to meal plan... which is something that i've never really done but want to start doing. Then I found this video! Yay! It really helped to see you go through the steps and explain your process and reasoning. Oh and I just got a Carrie Elle planner which makes me excited to start being more intentional and disciplined with my groceries and meals (hopefully with the side effect of helping me get my food budget under control..!).
