Greetings from UK. Have been interested Shamanism all my life., including Nordic. I have been subscribing to your videos for a couple of years now. They helped me through UK lockdown when we were not allowed to go out into our wilderness. Seeing your fantastic land from your videos is great. I have found Isa in its own way to be a life giver in a couple ways. First, its coldness can sharpen the mind and as it melts it gives us what is vital to our existence: water. Like all things though, Isa should be handled with care as it can easily kill. I love the mutable aspect of ice.
