All I would say is that you were way too lucky to have made it on time. A typical end-to-end process to any destination takes atleast 6-8 months. I have done that twice, once for my US masters and next for my Australian PR, where I currently live. On both the occasions I had to go through tons of processes to clear every hurdle and it took close to an year for each of them.

In general most of the IT demand is met with people coming Onsite and the remaining of them are met thru local resources. HI Prasad, It depends on your Source contract, if you make a contract with Dutch company located in India and then do your onsite work from India, then you will follow Indian tax as the Indian company is paying you. If you have direct contract with Dutch company located in Netherlands and the pay is directly paid from here, then you will fall under Dutch tax law.
