How I Need to Know: How to Write Your Victim Impact Statement

Disability Alliance BC (DABC) has created a series of short videos on a number of topics on the criminal justice system - how it works and what to expect. These videos will help people with disabilities to increase their understanding of the procedures and processes they will go through if they have been a victim of a crime. This video discusses how to write a victim impact statement.

For anybody watching this you do not have to fill out a form to send in a victim impact statement to the court parole or otherwise boards that was incorrect information on this video or it was 4 years ago current it's not like that anymore check your local States for more information or call ur county clerk
