LOVE this. If I could afford a dreambox I would definitely get one. I too am obsessed with art supplies. Visiting any stores equipped with paints, canvases, markers, paper inspire me. I have several clear bins with supplies and yes, it gets annoying looking for the right box when I need stuff. The video was fun to watch. Maybe someday I’ll get a dreambox.

I love the idea of a dreambox....but it's a sizable piece of furniture. It requires that you have the depth for it folded up AND the width of a large wall in order to open it fully and access everything. You can't just tuck it into a spot, it has to own the whole wall.

I had the same issue with the Walmart drawer. I thought it’d be good to have pullouts for work time, but that weak aspect you mention made cracks quickly. I think me and at least five friends are getting a dream box. Great work. Community service video for makers.

I love the dreambox but I just don't have the space so I came up with a great solution ordering from amazon that holds everything so nicely for a few hundred dollars. It doesn't close up but I also don't need a wall to put it on . lol. lovely storage option great video.

Becca, love your candid comments. I would love a Dreambox and it is on my wishlist. I started with you in 2020 and just set up a studio/office with IKEA Shelves and “cubbies”. I am a super organization nerd. My favorite part of starting school all of my life was the day I bought new notebooks and binders and organized everything. Can anyone relate? Anyway, the Dreambox is an investment and I don’t know how I can make money doing calligraphy. I am not really into marketing myself and I know that is a big part of it. So it may just be a hobby. Do I make the investment of a Dreambox for that? If I am still really into it in a few years, I would hope to get the Dreambox. I think it would also be a great place to put wrapping paper and ribbons etc. Just a few of my thoughts. Best, Jessica

I dream of having a organised craft room with a dream box but right now my entire life is crammed into a tiny room in a house share. I’m proud that I still managed to fit a wall to wall craft desk in there but everything is hidden in draws under the desk. Organisation is nothing but I pipe dream when you have to fit a whole life time into a single room.

Darn Copic has made me change my rainbow order. Since I have all my Copics arranged above my desk in the order they have them in that little booklet they publish for you to swatch and keep track of what you have, I've arranged everything else to match - violet, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, earth, neutral.

The Dreambox really is my goal to get at some point in my life. I've always struggled with organisation and this would really help. Sadly I don't live in Canada or The United States. Is there another storage bow similar to this that ships to Europe by any chance?

I am actually surprised at the round containers, you lose so much space. And you really do have a huge supply collection!

I was thinking the same thing. the plastic boxes, containers have sloped sides and rounded corners. Its obvious the manufacturer simply purchased after market containers to ship with the Dreambox rather than have containers specifically fabricated as to use every inch of available space. While the Dreambox itself is an awesome design the plastic containers not being made to fit the specific spaces is a fail.

Price tag is in the neighborhood of $2,500 to $3,000 dollars US depending on the options you select. IMO... way too expensive for a piece of IKEA styled particle board furniture.
