my productivity tip is color coding!! i do still use a physical planner but color coding is my favorite tip!

Hi I have a question. I just found you here on KZbin. And love this video! How do you make your different calendars as broad as something is already planned? For example, on Tuesday at 11 am you have work but it says emails +dms over it. And this is as wide as your work calendar. For me it becomes shorter if I put something over it. Thank you for your answer.
