I use a very similar system, the only difference is I have a spreadsheet with my inventory instead of one each on a pegboard. Love your way though!! If you don't mind me asking, what size are the pre-printed numbers you are putting on the bags? They look bigger than all the ones I'm seeing on Amazon, as they are taking up about a third of the 9" wide bag, and most on amazon are less than 2" wide.

Hello, as you can see I have wanted this video before and I have started to try this system out it's really a great system . I have a question or 2 ? Do you do the same with block buster pieces or no and don't have alit of space so my board is not as big as yours ,so do you pull the bags from the bin when you do a live to know how many you have ?. Do you do ablum sales on ones or live?what do you use to take good pics for ablum sales and how many pieces do you put in a ablum sale . Yes I do the same with blockbuster pieces, fashion fix pieces etc. and yes I also pull the bags from the bins before I go live and put them next to me so I know how many I have of each piece. I’ll do an album sale every Thursday for all my onesie pieces. When I do album sales I generally use the stock photo. However if I do take my own pictures it’s just with my iPhone. You can recycle numbers. Once a baggie is empty you add a new piece. One and Dones are stored separately.

Yes I am always shifting numbered pieces on the board to make room for new ones. So I simply just put the older pieces that have been up for a while back in the bins and try to sell them in an album sales to move the inventory along.

When you go live, do you use reverse numbers to show the piece and for customers to claim or do you tell them “this piece is #1349” (same from the bag? 2. Before I go live I will take out all the bags of jewelry I want to show that night and set them next to me. That way I can see how many is in each bag as I’m showing each piece. Also yes I reuse the numbered bags when they’re empty. ☺️☺️

There’s actually nothing really to the way I do it now. When my boxes come in they are generally already sold so I don’t have a lot of inventory on hand. ☺️☺️ The pieces I do have just go in Ziploc baggies until I do a live sale and can show them and sell them.
