I love the unexpected surprises like a stitch marker or sticker. A hand written “thank you” is also a nice touch. It really makes it feel like I am shopping small when I get that extra bit of connection to a real person.

This was so fun to watch! I’m trying to think of the next holiday/excuse to buy some of your yarn! My grandbaby is due on Valentine’s Day. I am thinking that’s a great excuse! I went straight to your shop. It’s all glorious. I love bright colors so much! I’m eyeing the Cloud Nine colorway to knit a dress for the baby. ❤

Oh my goodness, congratulations on your upcoming grand baby! I knit an adorable baby sweater for a friend in Cloud Nine, and I think it was such a fun change from all of the neutral tones that are popular in baby items nowadays 😊

I loved the sticker and pin you included my last order. That was unexpected and I love stickers and pins. I also enjoyed those pineapple gummies you did at one time. I liked that it was pineapple themed to go with your brand. I like finding stitch markers included in my order.

Thanks so much for your thoughts! I love all those things too! Ahh I loved those gummies so much - unfortunately they were arriving melted in the winter months, maybe due to the heat in the mail carrier's vehicle (?) so that's why I stopped including them 🤷🏻‍♀️

Loved seeing the combination of yarns being ordered, the poolside skein with I think the tsunami mini set of mylanta. You seem to have a system in place that looks to be running smoothly. You are always so thoughtful with the little extras. What color is your sweater, I want to say honeycomb, but I could be wrong.
