I see that you're adding a lot of extra surprises for the customer which is a cute idea! But how does that impact the shipping costs? Are you having the customer pay a flat rate? Do you have to pay out of pocket for any of the shipping costs?

I've been shipping friendship bracelets the exact way you have been and the post office recently started denying my packages. They're saying they do not qualify as "packages" and are getting sent back to me. Supposedly, the packages have to be a certain thickness and mine are too thin. Wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I've shipped stickers alone that are much thinner with no problems, but I was told they're starting to look into this more.

kiwi doodles it’s nice to have it because that way i can see which orders correspond to which packing label!! out of all of my sales in the four years i’ve been doing this i’ve only mixed up orders once, and that number would be much higher if i didn’t include packing slips :) it also has a coupon code for the buyer and it shows them what they ordered, so everyone is more informed!! :)

my printer doesn’t have that capability, but i do know there are some printers that have that option :) it’s called wifi printing i think!

Mia Chavez yes, when the buyer pays for the item they also pay for shipping, and then you as the seller take that money and buy a shipping label from etsy. so the net cost for you is zero :)
