I'm N4 level right now ang I'm preparing for my N3 exam this coming Dec. 5 2021. honestly I just passed N4 luckily since I haven't really got to study all of the grammars and vocabulary.. I just rely on reading this 100 pages Vocabularies and some youtube N4 grammar guide.. I found it difficult to pass N3.. for the reason that I am still stuck memorizing and mastering this N4 grammars and vocabularies..

it actually depends on where do you live at the moment. if u live in the philippines, then you really have to do all ur best to listen to "listening video examples" available on youtube for free..u have to practice more than usual..practice amd practice, endless practice until ur ears will get used to the speed of the japanese conversation. on the other hand if u live here in japan, getting used to it is actually more easily than the usual because u wud hear the language in ur daily life but ofcourse u still have to practice jlpt n2 listening exercise videos available on youtube like i mentioned.

hello.. It will actually depend on your current visa. For example you are a spouse of a Japanese national, after living in Japan for 3 straight years you can already apply for permanent residency. For (some) working visa, I think the minimum is 5years, but normally it would actually take 10+ years or maybe longer depending on your track record. hope this answer would help.

hello po..actually hindi ko pa na try personally ang genki books..pero pwede mong sukatin ang sarili mong kakayahan sa N5 through this site : www.jlpt.jp/e/samples/forlearners.html wala na kasing ibang makakapag judge if ready ka na for the JLPT but yourself. pero dont worry, kasi kahit hindi ka naman 100% ready ayos parin yon, mag take ka parin ng JLPT, don mo kasi tlaga malalaman if hanggang saan na yong kakayahan mo kaya go for it lang. and for some book recommendation, check mo tong vlog na ginawa ko about it if may time ka; kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z2SyqqVuqLugrpo goodluck on your goals in life. The average standard university graduates in Indonesia, department of Japanese language, usually only have N3. When someone wants to get higher levels, N2 / N1, (s)he should go to Japan 1 - 2 years. I have seen a testimony in internet, a university graduate of Japanese language lived and work in Japan for 9 years, and then he just got N1... I have read a Japanese textbook. The author spent 2 years .... I forget the place... Kyoto or something..... in order to get N2. I have a friend. He has lived in Japan for more than 30 years....ehm....since 1990. He studied in Japan, and then works there. He got N1, that's not surprising. He even told me that he forgot some Japanese kanji, of course kanjis of N1 levels...

@@voidtodler8079 and to address your question to where to start or what to memorize first, that actually depends on what your goals are..? if u want to pass the jlpt then u have to study all areas..if u're in japan and u just want to go by on your daily life here, then a rich vocabulary wud do (in my own opinion).🙂
