Realty sector to be avoided because as per my analysis it is highly overvalued in the past 10 years. We are buying homes at high price but, it can be sold in the range of 70 to 80 percent of the original bought price.The real estate business may not give any profit in the coming future. I also feel there is low demand for buying houses at such a hefty price and it is a heavily leverage involved business. If the business is dull, the leverage will take away their profit.....
